What is health at every size (HAES ®)?

“Health at Every Size (HAES) is a movement that promotes the idea that individuals can pursue health and well-being regardless of their body size or weight. It challenges the traditional weight-centric model of health, which often equates thinness with health and fatness with illness. Instead, HAES advocates for a holistic approach that considers various aspects of health, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.”
